Phase I trials are already far along (~2 years), and all babies dosed are still alive according to the publicly released clinical trial data. Furthermore, several are walking–an absolutely unbelievable milestone for a Type 1 SMA patient. And FINALLY–and most importantly–the trial that is subject to this recent news is the PIVOTAL trial, i.e. the one that will support submission to the FDA. You’re spreading misinformation here which ought to be corrected.

I had no feeling of any symptoms except the feeling of tiredness from waking up in the morning and sometimes the two tissues of my leg used to ache me. I have met with doctors and nurses and they gave me confident that it will go and which I accepted with faith. I don’t know how I contracted it. The painful part of it is that I have not given birth to any children and am afraid of having sex with my wife to be, because I didn’t want her or the baby to contact it. I believe in GOD almighty. They cold bloodily laid off employees today that had a 6 month clause that prevented them from doing it earlier on the day those 6 months expired, and communicated nothing to them to give them time to look elsewhere, and lied to their faces (yes class action attorneys take notice). That level of cruelty to employees is supposed to endear them with patrons on Wall Street (shareholder maxims and MBA satanism) that should have lended them money, and yet selling your soul to the devil lands you in self inflicted hell.

And I’m not talking about prescription psoriasis medications like methotrexate, cyclosporine or acitretin either. Those can have serious side effects like kidney damage, liver damage or even an increased cancer risk. Instead you can try natural treatments like:

Topical vitamin D cream
Phototherapy (exposing your skin to ultraviolet light from the sun or a UVB bulb)
Topical aloe vera cream
Topical Oregon grape cream
Avocado and B12 cream
Eating a diet high in vitamin D, vitamin A, zinc and omega-3 fatty acids to boost skin health. Also make sure to eat a lot of antioxidants to reduce inflammation, the root cause of the disease.
Stress-reduction techniques like yoga, meditation or acupuncture (stress is a notorious trigger for psoriasis flare-ups).

Whatever method you use to heal your psoriasis, know that it is possible to kick those scaly, red skin plaques to the curb. If you have a serious case of psoriasis you may want to partner with a natural health practitioner to determine a psoriasis treatment plan that works for you.

Comment on Understanding the Gold Market Reaction to the OPEC Output Cut by Leonard https://marketexclusive.com/understanding-gold-market-reactions-opec-output-cut/2016/09/#comment-1275 Wed, 28 Sep 2016 20:31:00 +0000 http://marketexclusive.com/?p=32932#comment-1275 “The fact that mining stocks are strongly up on the day thanks to, at best, unrelated news about an oil production cut, with the SPDR Gold Trust (ETF) (NYSEARCA:GLD) flat suggests that the nascent gold bull is looking for its next excuse to trend higher after a brief pause since late June.”

I am in the process of doing my due diligence into the SPDR Gold Trust (GLD). Can anyone explain why there is a clause in the GLD prospectus that states GLD has no right to audit subcustodial gold holdings? This means there is a glaring audit loophole within GLD. Why would the GLD organizations create such an audit loophole? I have yet to hear any reasonable justification for the existence of this loophole. On top of that, the GLD organizations famously promise that GLD is completely backed by actual physical gold but yet they will not give retail investors access to any of their mysterious gold holdings. Some issues I have discovered along the way:

“CNBC’s Bob Pisani made a highly publicized visit to GLD’s gold vault in a segment called Gold Rush: The Mother Lode. GLD’s administration organized this visit to show that GLD’s gold actually exists. However, the gold bar held up by Mr. Pisani showed a serial number of ZJ6752 which did not show up on the latest bar list during that time. It was later found that this “GLD” bar actually belonged to ETF Securities.”

“Did anyone try calling the GLD hotline at (866) 320 4053 in search of numerical details on GLD’s insurance? The prospectus vaguely states “The Custodian maintains insurance with regard to its business on such terms and conditions as it considers appropriate which does not cover the full amount of gold held in custody.” When I asked about how much of the gold was insured, the representative proceeded to act as if he didn’t know and said they were just the “marketing agent” for GLD. What kind of marketing agent would not know such basic information about a product they are marketing? It seems like they are deliberately hiding information from investors.”

Comment on Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) Pursuing Artificial Intelligence To Transform World by Brian Ramsey https://marketexclusive.com/microsoft-artificial-intelligence/2016/09/#comment-1271 Tue, 27 Sep 2016 21:59:00 +0000 http://marketexclusive.com/?p=32819#comment-1271 Driving a car is more difficult for a computer to do than most office work done on a computer. Everything on a computer is controllable and minor mistakes don’t necessarily result in a lawsuit. We will have self-driving cars on the road in numbers in six to seven years. Taxi drivers have been around for thousands of years, but their days of employment are now numbered. Microsoft isn’t really aiming at helping office workers do their work, it is aiming to replace office workers and do the work instead with software services that it will sell.
Back in the 1970’s it was predicted that computers would replace secretaries. In the 1980’s, this happened. The people we call secretaries now are mostly administrative assistants who perform the remained work that secretaries no longer perform. In the same way, Microsoft, and other software companies, are looking to make vast amounts of money be replacing expensive workers with a relatively cheap software service that they sell.
In order to have the AI do the work that humans currently do, the AI needs to watch as the tasks are performed many times in many different ways. That is why the software companies are watching what you are doing on your computer, not to spy, but so that you teach their AIs how to replace you.
The position that I take in the market is “Big Data”. Small companies won’t have the data they need for their AIs to compete (the exception might be some grassroots Linux organization yet to form), but large OS providers, Internet search providers and office software originators will have access to that big data. That means Apple, Google, Microsoft and, to a lesser extent, IBM.
If Big Data succeeds, it will put us all out of a job, but will make massive amounts of money and my investments in Big Data will provide me with an income. If Big Data fails, then I will at least still have my job. Either way, I am covered. : )

Now the solar leasing companies are trying to do a last minute switch by converting their high priced offerings over to loans and cash purchases. Unfortunately for them, pricing for solar has dropped to incredibly low levels making it nearly impossible for the leasing companys to compete.

Comment on Gold, SPDR Gold Trust (ETF) (NYSEARCA:GLD) Reverses As Anxiety Builds Up Over Fed Meeting by Brett https://marketexclusive.com/gold-spdr-gold-trust-etf-nysearcagld-reverses-anxiety-builds-fed-meeting/2016/09/#comment-1215 Thu, 15 Sep 2016 11:12:00 +0000 http://marketexclusive.com/?p=32422#comment-1215 With regards to the gold exchange traded fund discussed in this marketexclusive article, why is there a clause in the GLD prospectus that states GLD has no right to audit subcustodial gold holdings? Why would the organizations behind GLD forfeit this right and create this massive audit loophole? I haven’t heard of a single good reason for the existence of this loophole so far. In addition to the audit loophole, GLD claims to be fully backed by physical gold bullion but yet it refuses to give retail investors the right to redeem for any of these ‘claimed’ gold bullion. I’ve read about and verified a number of other red flags as well:

“I remember CNBC’s Bob Pisani visiting GLD’s vault in a well documented segment. GLD’s administration arranged this visit to disprove everyone claiming that GLD’s gold did not exist. However, Mr. Pisani held up a gold bar with the following serial number – ZJ6752. This serial number did not appear on the most recent bar list during that time period. Cheviot Asset Management’s Ned Naylor-Leyland later found out that this “GLD” bar actually belonged to ETF Securities.”

Additionally, the GLD organizations promise that this fund is 100% backed by actual physical gold but yet they absolutely refuse to give retail investors the right to any of their claimed physical gold. I’ve also discovered a number of other issues along the way:

“CNBC’s Bob Pisani made a highly publicized visit to GLD’s gold vault in a segment called Gold Rush: The Mother Lode. GLD’s administration organized this visit to show that GLD’s gold actually exists. However, the gold bar held up by Mr. Pisani showed a serial number of ZJ6752 which did not show up on the latest bar list during that time. It was later found that this “GLD” bar actually belonged to ETF Securities.”

Then I found Lisa’s blog (google ” HOW I FREED MYSELF FROM THE DIABETES ” ) , I read it from cover to cover and I started the diet and by the next morning, my blood sugar was 100. Since then, I have a fasting reading between the mid 70s and 80s. My doctor was so surprised at the results that, the next week, he took me off the Metformin. Comment on Sticky Price Inflation Is Already Here, What This Means For Gold by William https://marketexclusive.com/sticky-price-inflation-already-here-what-this-means-gold/2016/09/#comment-1194 Wed, 07 Sep 2016 15:39:00 +0000 http://marketexclusive.com/?p=32155#comment-1194 Isn’t it a bit hypocritical to say you’re concerned about inflation and then suddenly turn around jumping into mass printed paper gold funds like GLD? Paper gold GLD claims to be fully backed by physical gold bullion but yet it refuses to give retail investors the right to redeem for any of these ‘claimed’ gold bullion. This fact alone would mean GLD shares are nothing more than paper at the end of the day. Furthermore, GLD’s prospectus is chalk full of weasel clauses and legal loopholes that allows the fund to get away without the full physical gold backing. One good example of this is the clause that states GLD has no right to audit subcustodial gold holdings. To this day, I have not heard of a single good reason for the existence of this audit loophole. I’ve also verified the following to be true and welcome everyone else to do so:

“Did anyone try calling the GLD hotline at (866) 320 4053 in search of numerical details on GLD’s insurance? The prospectus vaguely states “The Custodian maintains insurance with regard to its business on such terms and conditions as it considers appropriate which does not cover the full amount of gold held in custody.” When I asked about how much of the gold was insured, the representative proceeded to act as if he didn’t know and said they were just the “marketing agent” for GLD. I remember there was a well documented visit by CNBC’s Bob Pisani to GLD’s gold vault. This visit was organized by GLD’s management to prove the existence of GLD’s gold but the gold bar held up by Mr. Pisani had the serial number ZJ6752 which did not appear on the most recent bar list at that time. It was later discovered that this “GLD” bar was actually owned by ETF Securities.”

FDA extends regulatory review period for IDegLira by three months

Bagsværd, Denmark, 2 September 2016 – Novo Nordisk today announced that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has extended the regulatory review period for IDegLira, the fixed-ratio combination of insulin degludec and liraglutide in adults with type 2 diabetes.

The FDA informed Novo Nordisk that a three-month extension was required in order to complete its review of the new drug application (NDA) for IDegLira.

Novo Nordisk submitted the NDA to the FDA in September 2015, and with the extension of the review the action date is now expected in December 2016.

I stated the ADA diet and followed it completely for several weeks but was unable to get my blood sugar below 140. With no results to how for my hard work, I panicked and called my doctor. His response? Deal with it,I began to feel that something wasn’t right and do my own research. Then I found Lisa’s blog (google ” HOW I FREED MYSELF FROM THE DIABETES ” ),I read it from cover to cover and I started the diet and by the next morning, my blood sugar was 100. Since then, I have a fasting reading between the mid 70s and 80s. My doctor was so surprised at the results that, the next week, he took me off the Metformin. I lost 30 pounds in the first month and lost more than 6 inches off my waist and I’m able to work out twice a day while still having lots of energy,The truth i.e can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods。

I am with Woz on being anti-Bluetooth. For me it is not the audio quality but rather dealing with another device that needs to be charged. 3.5mm headphones are stupid simple, plug it in and it works. No configuration, compatibility nonsense to deal with.

As it stands I have a single pair of headphones that I use with my laptop, iPad, iPhone, Xbox. I outright refuse to deal with dongles so let’s just hope that if Apple does implement this change (which seems almost certain at this point) that they only do so on certain SKU’s. Leave the SE (or equivalent) with the standard headphone jack. If not, then I for one will be moving to Android when it comes time to replace my phone.

And since the active ingredient is somewhat identical to body molecules that aid in the breakdown of fats, perhaps it could be an effective method. I am just so excited because I wanted to try it. I have had my double chin removal using Kybella at Enhanced Image Med Spa in Arizona (www.enhancedimagemedspa.com/kybella) and it was great, because it is non invasive, has minimal down time and the result is fast. Yawn.

The Nissan LEAF is the snow plow for EV progress…..The Tesla Model 3 – and maybe Chevy Bolt – are the likely game changers. Anyone in the moderate-price range is going to be selling lots of EVs.

Many people want one…and will buy one when they can afford it. I talk to people every day……the market is postively *aching* for a $30,000 EV with a 300km / 200mi range.

There are a number of other red flags as well from what I’m reading:

“The GLD prospectus fails to specify around how much of GLD’s gold is insured but it does give you this clause “The Custodian maintains insurance with regard to its business on such terms and conditions as it considers appropriate which does not cover the full amount of gold held in custody.” As I wanted clarification on this subject, I called GLD’s info line. The GLD representative acted as if he didn’t know and said they were just the “marketing agent” for GLD. What kind of marketing agent would not know such basic information about a product they are marketing? It seems like they are deliberately hiding information from investors. These representatives behind GLD sure doesn’t seem to be the most honest types. Anyone share a similar experience? Thoughts?”

“I also recall there was a well documented visit by CNBC’s Bob Pisani to GLD’s vault. This visit was organized by the management behind GLD to prove the existence of GLD’s physical. However, the gold bar held up by Mr. Pisani had the serial number ZJ6752 which did not show up on the bar list dated at that time. Comment on Priority: Steady Dollar, Retail Data Rattle Appetite For Gold by Ron https://marketexclusive.com/priority-steady-dollar-retail-data-rattle-appetite-gold/2016/08/#comment-1144 Fri, 12 Aug 2016 20:58:00 +0000 http://marketexclusive.com/?p=24396#comment-1144 As someone doing his due diligence into the gold exchange traded fund specifically named in this marketexclusive article, I’d really like to know why I’m seeing the following clause in the GLD prospectus: “In addition, the Trustee has no right to visit the premises of any subcustodian for the purposes of examining the Trust’s gold or any records maintained by the subcustodian, and no subcustodian is obligated to cooperate in any review the Trustee may wish to conduct of the facilities, procedures, records or creditworthiness of such subcustodian.” What is the purpose of this audit loophole?

Autopilot is a driver assist feature. Tesla’s car are not “Self-Driving” Yet.
When you see the video, you see that he had ample time to react, and did not.

The science is compelling, the company appears to be very well run, and the stock price, whilst showing me a very good return already, has a long way to run (northwards, lol). 🙂

For those who actually take a good look at this business, and decide to tale a position (or add, if already long), there are rich rewards available, going forward, IMHO.

I would think they would be happy to bring such a blockbuster breakthrough to market and reap the rewards it would bring – especially with a fresh patent.

Comment on Gold Struggling Amid Upbeat China Data by Donovan https://marketexclusive.com/priority-gold-struggling-amid-upbeat-china-data/2016/08/#comment-1136 Tue, 09 Aug 2016 13:12:00 +0000 http://marketexclusive.com/?p=24192#comment-1136 Isn’t it a bit hypocritical to talk about inflation and then suddenly turn around jumping into a mass printed paper gold fund? Paper gold GLD claims to be fully backed by physical gold bullion but yet it refuses to give your everyday investors the right to redeem for any of these ‘claimed’ gold bullion. There are other issues as well that I’ve verified and welcome everyone else to do the same:

“Did anyone try calling the GLD hotline at (866) 320 4053 in search of numerical details on GLD’s insurance? The prospectus vaguely states “The Custodian maintains insurance with regard to its business on such terms and conditions as it considers appropriate which does not cover the full amount of gold held in custody.” When I asked about how much of the gold was insured, the representative proceeded to act as if he didn’t know and said they were just the “marketing agent” for GLD. What kind of marketing agent would not know such basic information about a product they are marketing? It seems like they are deliberately hiding information from investors.
